Over the last two years we have been seeking out the best wellbeing frameworks from across the world, so that we could see what they looked like (from a whole-systems perspective) when we cast them against the seven levels of the Flourish Model. We are currently up to seventeen, with more being added all the time.
We are now in the process of creating what we feel are the optimal set of measures for schools, with the ultimate aim of providing schools with a customisable digital wellbeing platform. In fact, we are already testing this concept out with one of our core partners. As we are interested in the wellbeing of the whole system, these are not only targeted at the students, but also the leadership, staff members, parents, governors and trustees. We do need everyone's help in the interim though, so our first pilot schools will get to see everything that we have been working on and can help us to understand the indicators that would best help on the ground, rather than just being a tick-box exercise.
